-
Are the Non-Dairy and Dairy varieties produced on the same equipment/line/facility?
Our Coconut and Almond varieties may be produced in the same facility as regular Reddi-wip. However, we segregate between allergen and non-allergen ingredients as well as among allergens in our facilities and have a stringent cleaning and sanitation process. We conduct inspections to verify that this is effective and we thoroughly clean and test product lines when changing from allergen-containing to non-allergen containing products to ensure no cross-contamination. This is also done between allergens.

What should i do if the product won't dispense properly?
We have improved the dispensing in the non-dairy products. Look for the BLUE call-out on the front of the can that states ‘improved dispensing.’ If you continue to experience any issues, please follow these tips:
- Rotate the can (not the nozzle) under warm water for 20-30 seconds
- Then shake vigorously for 8-10 times
- Dispense.

What have you changed to make the products easier to dispense?
We have removed maltodextrin and added pea protein and xanthan gum.
