2 eggs
1 pkg (16 oz each) Glutino® Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 quart vanilla bean ice cream
2 cups Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
Additional Reddi-wip, chopped nuts and maraschino cherries, for serving

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Beat eggs in large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until frothy, 2 to 3 minutes. Gradually add dry brownie mix and butter and continue mixing until combined.
Pour into pan and bake 25 to 27 minutes, until top is fully baked. Remove from oven and cut into 16 pieces with a plastic knife before cooling slightly.
Place Reddi-wip and chocolate in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 30 seconds. Whisk until sauce is smooth.
Stack 2 warm brownies on a plate. Top with ice cream, warm fudge sauce, Reddi-wip, nuts and a cherry.
Place any leftover brownies in a single layer in a freezer bag and freeze for up to a month. Microwave brownies for 20 seconds before enjoying.
