Use the flour tortilla to cut out the calories you would get from pie crust
January 31, 2014,
Not sure why anyone would use flour tortillas. I have been doing this for years but use pre-made pie crusts. Unroll the crust, brush with butter, cinnamon and cook in the oven at 350º until golden brown. Break up the crust and use as in this recipe or for short cake or just to munch on. Everyone loves crust. I am sure this has been done long before I thought of it.
