Use the flour tortilla to cut out the calories you would get from pie crust
January 31, 2014,
Not sure why anyone would use flour tortillas. I have been doing this for years but use pre-made pie crusts. Unroll the crust, brush with butter, cinnamon and cook in the oven at 350┬║ until golden brown. Break up the crust and use as in this recipe or for short cake or just to munch on. Everyone loves crust. I am sure this has been done long before I thought of it.
