  • 1-1/2 cups Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping
  • 1 pudding cup (4 oz each) refrigerated Swiss Miss® Creamy Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 can (8 oz each) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut, optional

  1. Combine Reddi-wip and pudding in medium bowl until blended.
  2. Add pineapple, banana, mango and strawberries; mix lightly. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of coconut, if desired.

This is a healthy tasty light salad. It can even pass for dessert. It is so simple to make. I will make it for our senior dinners at our senior center.
