Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Start your day with this less than 100-calorie treat made from fresh fruit and topped with creamy Reddi-wip
1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1/4 medium banana, peeled and halved
1/4 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt with low-calorie sweetner
1/2 cup crushed ice

Serving Size: 1 serving (about 1 cup each)
- Place strawberries, banana and yogurt in blender container. Pulse until fruit is well blended, scraping sides of container, if necessary.
- Add ice; pulse until ice is well blended.
- Pour into glass and top with one serving (2 tablespoons) Reddi-wip. Serve immediately.
Don't have a blender? If you have a hand held emersion blender, that also will work great for this recipe.
Be flexible with this recipe and use a flavored yogurt that you have on hand!

I make one with frozen bananas, strawberries, blueberries, spinach and carrots. Add Almond milk and protein powder. Very good

So good ! I use a half of banana instead of a 1/4 .But everything else I follow except the whipped cream . Only recipe I use !

When I make smoothies, I will use a banana, berries that are in season (raspberries, blueberry, strawberries, apple cut up in pieces, orange cut up, carrot cut into pieces, 1cup yogurt, 1cup orange juice. I then put the cut up items into a blender and hit chop and then puree, liquid button for a short time. I make sure everything is well blended then I pour it into glasses. You can also use 1 stick of celery. You can use different kinds or flavors of yogurt, it turns out really good. Kids love it
