Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 medium banana, peeled and halved
  • 1/4 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt with low-calorie sweetner
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

Directions

  1. Place strawberries, banana and yogurt in blender container. Pulse until fruit is well blended, scraping sides of container, if necessary.
  2. Add ice; pulse until ice is well blended.
  3. Pour into glass and top with one serving (2 tablespoons) Reddi-wip. Serve immediately.

Don't have a blender? If you have a hand held emersion blender, that also will work great for this recipe. Be flexible with this recipe and use a flavored yogurt that you have on hand! Browse the dairy section to look for lower calorie yogurt options.

    I was surprised with how great this turned out!! I've made this recipe a couple of times now and I think it tastes best if you add an extra 1/4 cup of strawberries. To sweeten it up a bit I add a packet of sugar in the raw sweetener and a packet of splenda. Overall I love this as an easy afternoon treat or a to-go breakfast!
