1/2 cup Gardein® Plant-Based Ground Be'f
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
pinch ground black pepper
1 flour tortillas (12 inch)
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tomato
vegan nacho cheeese, vegan sour cream, optional
2 tablespoons shredded Mexican blend cheese or plant-based alternative

Cook Gardein® Ground Be'f in a skillet on stovetop according to package directions. Season with paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper and stir well.
Lay out tortilla and make a single slice across using a knife from the middle of tortilla (should be the radius of the tortilla). Add lettuce and tomatoes on 1/4th of the tortilla, then ground be'f on another 1/4th, then nacho cheese and sour cream on another 1/4th, and vegan cheese on the final 1/4th.
Wrap the tortilla in a circular motion starting from the sliced part. Toast on a hot pan until both sides are golden brown. Remove from pan and enjoy!
