2-1/2 cups water
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 can (6.5 oz each) Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes; do not drain.
Stir Reddi-wip, sugar, cinnamon and salt into rice in saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
