  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 slices cinnamon raisin bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters® Original
  • 1/4 cup fat free milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping


  1. Spray inside of large microwave-safe mug with cooking spray. Place bread in mug; add Egg Beaters, milk, sugar and vanilla to mug; mix well.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Stir; microwave 30 seconds more or until set. Top with Reddi-wip just before serving.

    These were super-simple to make, and delicious to boot. Really quick, too. We made 'em before church, and still finished eating them before it was time to go. You may want to tweak the recipe a bit to your own taste - a bit more vanilla, a little more sugar, some cinnamon...let your imagination go. Still, these are dee-lish without changing a thing.

    In response to Sher i would suggest that all that is need to enlarge the yield is to simply expand the mix using this as a guide and splitting the mixture evenly amoung the amount of servings so desired

    I wish they had recipes for more than one serving, usually you make a few to serve. All whites and Bettern'eggs would work too for the calorie reduction.
