1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 bags (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Long Grain White Rice
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook 3 minutes, until softened. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. Pour in frozen rice and broth. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Remove lid and continue cooking rice until hot, stirring occasionally. Stir in lime juice and half of the cilantro. Serve your cilantro lime rice garnished with remaining cilantro!
