Line tray or plate with waxed or parchment paper. Scoop ice cream into 8 balls, using 1/2-cup ice cream scoop. Place on tray. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
Working quickly, remove ice cream balls from freezer and roll in crushed popcorn, pressing popcorn onto balls to coat evenly. Return to freezer and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Place one ice cream ball in center of each dessert dish. Place one piece banana on each side of ice cream. Top with 1/4 cup strawberries. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup and top with a serving of Reddi-wip. Garnish with a cherry, if desired. Serve immediately.
To crush Crunch ‘n Munch, place in plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin. To cover ice cream with caramel corn and eliminate the mess, place 1/4 cup crushed popcorn in resealable sandwich bag. Add one ice cream ball. Shake and press popcorn onto ball. Repeat with remaining ice cream and popcorn.
